Retail Concept & Store Development
Dublin City Centre
This two-storey building with mezzanine in Dublin’s city centre became the home of the Seven Wood concept store — a space developed to explore a more considered approach to design-led retail.
Working with the character of the listed building and its original architectural features, the project brought together retail strategy, spatial design and brand curation to create an environment where product, story and atmosphere worked as one experience.
The ground floor was dedicated to a carefully selected range of independent wellness brands — soaps, fragrances, candles and skincare — chosen for their commitment to natural materials, thoughtful production and distinctive brand identities.
The mezzanine and first floor operated as a gallery-style space showcasing original mid-century Scandinavian furniture by designers such as Hans Wegner, Grete Jalk and Børge Mogensen, alongside a rotating selection of contemporary Irish art.
The project explored how spatial design, product curation and brand storytelling can combine to create a retail environment built around discovery, craftsmanship and enduring design.
