Seven Wood led the complete refurbishment of a 70-person technology office, transforming the existing workplace into a more functional, light-filled and efficient environment.

The project involved reconfiguring the spatial layout to maximise the use of the available footprint while improving the flow of movement and introducing greater access to natural light throughout the office. The redesign balanced open collaborative areas with more defined working zones to support the evolving needs of a growing team.

Seven Wood oversaw the project from concept through to completion, coordinating closely with the company’s Irish leadership team and its parent organisation in Canada to ensure all design decisions aligned with both operational needs and brand expectations.

The project included the design and commissioning of bespoke items, developed in collaboration with a specialist fabricators, alongside furniture selection and interior finishes.

Seven Wood managed contractor teams, procurement and project budgets, guiding the refurbishment from initial design through to final installation and handover.
