NOIA by Seven Wood

NOIA by Seven Wood was a lifestyle retail concept developed for Kildare Village, created to introduce a more design-led and discovery-driven retail experience within the Village environment.

The store brought together a curated selection of independent Irish and European brands across homeware, interiors, gifting and wellness, alongside a collection of vintage pieces. The concept was built around the idea of offering visitors something distinct from traditional outlet retail — a space focused on craftsmanship, individuality and thoughtful design.

Through careful brand selection, merchandising and spatial presentation, the store created a layered retail experience that encouraged exploration and storytelling, positioning independent makers and design-led products within a commercially successful retail environment.

The project demonstrated how curated retail concepts can complement established retail destinations by introducing new narratives, fresh product categories and a stronger sense of discovery for customers.
