Retail Development & International Wholesale Strategy

Seven Wood founder Niamh Banks played a key role in the growth and development of Avoca during a period of significant expansion for the brand.

Working closely with the company’s founders and leadership team, she project managed the design, build and launch of several Avoca retail destinations, including the flagship Rathcoole store — helping translate the brand’s identity into large-scale retail and hospitality environments.

Alongside this work, she led international wholesale development across Avoca’s fashion and homeware collections, managing global agents and key retail accounts while supporting product development, merchandising and market expansion across Europe and the United States.

This experience provided a deep understanding of how brand identity, product development, retail environments and wholesale strategy must work together to support sustainable growth.
